1. Digital Products & AR Services Are Final Sale
Due to the nature of augmented reality, digital assets, and one-of-a-kind creative services, all sales are final. Once AR content is delivered, hosting is activated, or creative work is completed, refunds are not available.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
While we generally do not issue refunds, we understand exceptional cases may arise. Refunds may be considered only if:

A technical issue prevents AR from working as promised, and

You provide specific details and evidence (e.g., screenshots, video of malfunction).
We do not offer refunds based on change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative direction after delivery.

4. Subscription (AR Hosting) Policy
AR hosting is billed annually at $299/year and includes up to 10 content updates.

Unused updates do not roll over.

No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused update credits or if service is canceled mid-year.
