Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Augmented Printz (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Services

We provide app-free augmented reality (AR) integration for print materials—such as business cards, flyers, menus, and posters—as outlined in the client agreement or estimate.

2. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply as soon as you request or use our services, including by completion of payment or by accessing any delivered AR experiences.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content and materials.

  • Ensure you hold rights to all submitted content.

  • Do not use the AR features for illegal or infringing purposes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payment terms are specified per package (e.g., Essential, Standard, Pro, Elite).

  • AR hosting subscription: $499/year, includes 10 updates; $98 per additional update.

  • No refunds for materials already produced or AR experiences already activated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All AR assets, software, and content created by Augmented Printz remain our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augmented Printz is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms.

AR services are provided “as is”, with no warranty that they are error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice.

  • You must cease use of AR materials and delete digital files upon termination.

  • Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nevada courts.
